Items purchased at our LAX location may only be returned at LAX.
Customer Service is available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST, excluding holidays.
Please allow 2-3 business days for a response and note that all inquiries submitted over the weekend will be addressed the next 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Due to high order volumes processing and shipping may be delayed. Order delivery is also subject to carrier delays. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders placed by 12:00 pm EST / 3:00 pm PST will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
All packages are delivered no signature required, unless the order is over $500. Customers are responsible for tracking their package. Fred Segal is not liable for lost or misplaced packages that have confirmed delivery.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Free Shipping for orders $75+
Ground – $10 Flat Rate
2nd Day – $25.00
Overnight – $45.00
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, an additional 1-2 business days for overnight/2day delivery, and an additional 2-5 business days for standard delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Arrives at your address within 10 to 15 business days.
PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Arrives at your address within 5 to 10 business days.
WEB RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your Fred Segal online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of order receipt for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 14 days are final.
ALL SALE, VINTAGE, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, SOCKS, JEWELRY, BEAUTY, CBD, GIFT CARDS, ART, EYEWEAR, LELO PRODUCTS and ADULT TOYS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags intact and all original packaging included.
Shoe returns will not be accepted if the shoe box is used as the shipping box.
We have the right to refuse any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy conditions as stated above. Fred Segal is not responsible for missing contents, or lost or stolen packages.
HOW TO REQUEST A RA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER
Items returned without a RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a RA number and ship your return package.
Please locate your order number in your order confirmation email.
Please email returns@fredsegal.com (M-F, 9am – 5pm PST) with your order number and reason for return. A RA number will be issued via email within 1 business day and will include an attached pre-paid return shipping label.
RETURN SHIPPING
After receiving your RA number, items must be returned within 14 days of the date the order is received.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.
Print a copy of your RA confirmation email and include it in your package.
Pack and securely seal the merchandise and send it back. Please keep a record of your tracking number.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return/exchange has been accepted and processed.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need another size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and send the original item back for a refund according to our return policy.
Please note outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
RETURNING ONLINE ITEMS TO A STORE
Online purchases may be returned to the Sunset and Malibu locations only. Items purchased at our LAX and Las Vegas locations may only be returned to their respective stores.
