What payment options do you offer?
When applicable fredsegal.com is happy to offer several payment options. We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Coinbase (Coinbase Commerce allows us to accept cryptocurrency payments in a fully decentralized way.) Within Coinbase we offer: Ethereum, Bitcoin. Note when purchasing with Coinbase returns will be refunded in the form of a Fred Segal store credit. We also offer payment options through Affirm, where you can pay over time. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order, you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please check your junk mail and/or contact us to make sure your order went through.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Lorem Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, an additional 1-2 business days for overnight/2day delivery, and an additional 2-5 business days for standard delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

RETURNS
How do I get a refund or make an exchange?
A RA (Return Authorization) number is required prior to shipping your return.
Email returns@fredsegal.com for an RA number and shipping info. Operating hours are M-F, 9am – 5pm PST.
Please email us with a reason for your return. An RA number will be issued via email within 1 business day and will include an attached pre-paid return shipping label.
Please locate your order number on your order confirmation email, and include it in your request.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a RA number and ship your return package.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you need another size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and send the original item back for a refund.

We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
We will not hold items for exchange.
How do discounts work?
On occasion Fred Segal will offer a sale or specific discount that could be applied to specific collections or brands. Additionally we may provide a sitewide discount or first time purchase discount that can be used sitewide with the exception of select brands and categories. Since our brands change regularly please email customerlove@fredsegal.com or call (310) 432-0560 for the most up to date list of discount exclusions. Discount offers cannot be stacked, and cannot be applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash, applied to the purchase of gift cards, or combined with any other offer. Discounts are not valid on international order. Exclusions on certain brands. Not valid on all products. Discount applies to pre-tax merchandise only. Void where prohibited or taxed.
CURBSIDE PICKUP FAQs
Can I modify or cancel my Curbside Pickup order?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact the store directly at (310) 432 0560 or email returns@fredsegal.com. You may only modify your order to have it shipped to the billing address of your credit card.
What if no one brings my products out to my car when I arrive at the store?
Please let us know when you arrive at the store by calling us at (310) 432 0560
Who can pick up your order?
Our Pickup options are currently limited to Curbside Pickup only. Only the credit card holder may pick up your order. Please bring your order confirmation(digital accepted) and a copy of your state ID or Passport for pickup.
How do I return/exchange a Curbside Pickup order?
Curbside Pickup orders may be returned, and are subject to the terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange policy.
Curbside Pickup is currently only available at the Sunset location.
